- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
- During high-volume periods (including market weekends), processing may extend slightly
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier
- Estimated delivery time:
- Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress via the carrier
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Earth Skincare is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Earth Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

- Then contact us if additional support is needed
Damaged Shipments
