Returns

We do not accept returns on any personal care or skincare products once they have been shipped.

This policy ensures:

  • Product safety and hygiene
  • Integrity of our formulations
  • Confidence for every customer receiving a fresh, untouched product

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • Item arrived damaged during shipping
  • Item is defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Skin sensitivity or personal reaction
  • Preference of scent, texture, or consistency
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

We encourage reviewing all product descriptions and ingredients prior to purchase.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a replacement is approved, we cover the cost of reshipping
