Returns
We do not accept returns on any personal care or skincare products once they have been shipped.
This policy ensures:

- Integrity of our formulations
- Confidence for every customer receiving a fresh, untouched product
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order meets one of the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged during shipping
- Item is defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Skin sensitivity or personal reaction
- Preference of scent, texture, or consistency
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
We encourage reviewing all product descriptions and ingredients prior to purchase.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a replacement is approved, we cover the cost of reshipping
